Ford Torino Cobra

To restore or not to restore old car?
My father and uncle rebuilt an old ford muscle car (69 torino cobra) in the 80's but drove it maybe 500 miles after rebuilding it, my father passed away in 93 and my uncle passed away recently. I worked on the car for 3 weeks and finally got it running again, they set it up purely for drag racing but kept all of the old parts. Some people tell me I should restore the car to what it was from factory while others think I should leave it as is and enjoy it.. What do you think?
Probably this is a biased answer as I'm madly in love with 70's muscle cars. I would definately restore it if I had a Torino and the cash needed to do it. If you're going on doing it yourself it wouldn't be so expensive as far as you know what you're doing and what parts you need, but it can take a lot of time.
Drag or street is your choice: what do you enjoy most? If I was in your shoes I would have her as a mean street fighter.
GO FOR IT! MAKE HER BLOW FLAMES IN HER PISTONS AGAIN!
)))))))
Enjoy her anyways and please send me a picture of her when she's done!
