Motor Trend Magazine

Small bill got turned over to collections?
I used to have a subscription to Motor Trend magazine and after the initial year I got for free, I got renewal things for $22.00. Since I figured it was a renewal I never paid much attention to it. Apparently Motor Trend thought it was a bill and turned it over to a collections agency.
My main concern is how my credit will be affected. I'm guessing it's already on my credit report, but I'm wondering if I have any options to get it expunged.
Removed, no as long as the information is correct it can not be removed the best you can do is pay it so it will show as paid with a $0 balance.
If it doe's actually show on your credit you can always try for a pay for delete agreement where they agree to delete the account from your report in return for your payment. If they agree to this be sure to get it in writing before you pay them.
